Room Reservation

We have booked 70 Standard Rooms
of Beijing Friendship Hotel for attendees, including 50 rooms with one bed
and 20 with two beds. We also have booked a few standard rooms of Jing You
Rest House for student attendees.
All attendees need cover lodging expense by themselves. All attendees are
responsible for their own air travel, ground transportation, and other
individual expenses.
Since 2008 Olympic Games is forthcoming, the accommodation in Beijing has
been extremely hot. Please get us your choice by filling out the below
Room Reservation Form ASAP. We will reserve the room for you based the
principle of First Book, First Serve. Thanks for your understanding.
In addition, before you fill this room reservation form, please ensure that
you have sent us the Registration Form and paid your registration fee
through bank transferring.

Liu Jun Qian before February 22nd, 2008 by email
liujunq@cn.ibm.com with the topic “ICSS
2008 Room Reservation Form” and cc to icss2008@gmail.com.
After we check your registration information and confirm your reservation, a
confirmation mail will be sent to you. If your reservation request could not
be satisfied, we will also contact with you though email.

We've booked two hotels for
participants of ICSS2008.
1) Beijing Friendship Hotel,
Building 4 (Yi Bin Lou)
Price for standard room (with two beds): 500 RMB/day or $70/day;
Breakfast will be provided by IBM.
2) Jing You Rest House (very
close to the conference location)
Price for standard room (with two beds): 250 RMB/day or $35/day;
Participants of ICSS 2008 should
send the reservation form to us along with the registration form to ensure
that you can get rooms. The forms will appear on the website soon.
